About Eleven Systems

Over nine years ago, Chad Pike, the former co-head of real estate and co-founder of technical opportunities at Blackstone was frustrated with the growing complexity of his properties, financials and life.

As an entrepreneur, and founder of Eleven, an experiential travel company with a portfolio of intimate properties in unique locations, his standards for his properties were extremely high. However, when he, family or friends would arrive at one of his residences or vacation homes, maintenance or technology issues were occurring often enough to impact the stay.

As the head of his new PE fund Makarora, Chad was also frustrated that he couldn’t better track, understand, and manage his private and other investments.

To help alleviate these issues, Chad formed the Eleven Systems team to build the application he needed to better track, organize and manage his properties, finances, budgets, tax residency, charitable contributions, estate plans, and family details, creating the Eleven Family Office suite.

Chad has been using the Eleven Family Office platform with his own family and family office team for almost a decade, perfecting Eleven Property, Eleven Financial, Eleven Life, Eleven Family and Eleven Messages, and now offering the platform to other principals and family offices on an invitation basis.
