Onboarding typically takes from 3 to 6 months depending on your platform element priorities. This consists of three elements:
- Data, including Discovery and Data Loading, to get all the documents, records and information entered and cataloged.
- Integration, including connecting to existing systems and data stores, and validating that the connections are working as planned.
- Activation, including Personalization, Training & Rollout and Success Planning.
